Founded in 2011, Day of Birth, LLC {DOB} is a private faith-based counseling and consulting practice. We exist to curate integrative, holistic approaches to spiritual and clinical care for the mind, body, soul, and spirit.

We possess a multifaceted mission to midwife the seed of purpose within others by informing, inspiring, equipping, and empowering them to live intentionally, despite past and/or present traumatic life events and transitions. Like an oasis in the desert, we are here to help you bring faith into your healing journey and support your meaning-making process, so that you can experience the transformation from merely surviving to purposeful thriving.

What We do

Using integrated approaches of pastoral care and clinical psychotherapy, Day of Birth curates trauma-informed healing and restorative care for the mind, body, soul and spirit. We provide informative sharing, inspirational learning, equipping through person-centered counseling, and goal-oriented empowerment coaching with the intent of helping people overcome issues related to trauma and/or abuse. 

In both public and private settings, these services are offered to a diversity of individuals, couples, families, as well as gender specific and age appropriate groups. Our commitment is to see you give birth to the gift of your life's purpose; unwrapping it from the trauma that occurred for the offering of your authentic self to the world today.
