Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis as agreed upon in the Client Service Agreement, which is furnished at the completion of the Initial Consultation. All appointment cancellations must be received by email at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $30 cancellation fee. Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. 

Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled and paid for in advance, however if a client is a no show or an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, prior payment for that session will not be reimbursed and the cancellation fee will be charged. Payment for pre-scheduled appointments may be securely remitted here.
